Position Overview Thoreau Facility Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead field execution across commercial construction, rollout, and facilities projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to scope while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction. The Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day jobsite execution, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and ensure projects remain on schedule. This role requires strong field leadership and the ability to maintain professional communication with both clients and internal project teams. Key Responsibilities Field Execution Lead daily jobsite execution and ensure work aligns with approved project scope Perform and oversee light construction tasks including painting, fixture installs, and handyman work Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and containment standards Ensure work is completed according to schedule milestones Vendor & Crew Coordination Coordinate subcontractors and field crews onsite Confirm vendor schedule alignment and task completion Escalate risks or delays early to project leadership Documentation & Reporting Provide daily progress updates and site reports Capture required site photos and documentation Maintain accurate project notes and closeout documentation Quality Control Perform scope verification and quality checks Prevent rework by ensuring installation standards are followed Ensure jobsite readiness for client walkthroughs and closeout Qualifications 5+ years experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or skilled trades Experience leading crews or managing jobsite execution Ability to perform hands-on trade work when needed Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with commercial construction or retail environments preferred Willingness to travel to project sites What We Offer Competitive salary Travel opportunities Career advancement into Senior Site Supervisor or Project Management Opportunity to work on national rollout and construction programs

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
