- Energy Storage with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountant Train in new project admins/clerks Perform basic inventory control under the direction of project management staff Assist with record retention and document controls Perform basic field quality and safety inspections Document conformance to plans and specs Recommend potential solutions Promote Mortenson's safety culture Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL
