Pre-Employment Transition Service Manager New Horizons is looking for a Pre-Employment Transition Service (Pre-ETS) manager to train staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. The Pre-ETS manager will provide personal assistance in workplace readiness, self-advocacy, job exploration, post-secondary education opportunities, and work-based learning in community employment settings. The Pre-ETS manager will need the ability to lead, engage, and support the team to have better employment outcomes. A successful Pre-ETS manager will have excellent communication skills to foster and maintain strong ties with their students, students' families, the school district, local businesses, and volunteer programs while assisting the student to pursue their goals. The Pre-ETS manager will need to have strong multitasking skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
