We are hiring an Onsite Coordinator to support our client. If you have strong people skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping employees succeed, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Horizon America temporary associates on 2nd shift Conduct pre-employment site tours and first-day employee check-ins as needed Monitor and manage daily attendance reports Document and investigate incidents; participate in safety and client meetings Oversee timekeeping systems and payroll activities; verify and submit payroll reports Conduct performance reviews and coach employees on attendance, productivity, and job performance Develop employee engagement and retention plans Maintain accurate attendance records and onboarding paperwork Coordinate communication between client leadership and Horizon Staffing teams Build strong, professional relationships with client supervisors and internal staff Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager This is a hands-on role that directly impacts workforce success and client satisfaction.
