Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee single family residential construction operations across multiple job sites throughout Indiana . This role is highly operations-driven and focuses on field execution, scheduling, crew performance, quality control, and safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple projects at once and travel site-to-site to support field teams. Oversee daily construction operations across multiple residential job sites Manage scheduling, manpower planning, and job sequencing Lead and support foremen, supervisors, and field crews Monitor job progress, productivity, and timelines Conduct regular site visits and inspections Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Review daily reports, photos, and job documentation using job management software Address operational issues, delays, and field challenges proactively Be available on-call as needed to support operations Must be based in Indiana Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel site-to-site regularly 2+ years of leadership experience managing crews or teams Strong background in residential construction operations Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and construction software Professional, calm, and customer-focused approach
