Commercial / Industrial HVAC Project Manager Carmel/IN A well-established, regionally recognized mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager to lead large-scale projects across diverse markets. This organization delivers full lifecycle mechanical solutions—including HVAC, plumbing, building automation/controls, engineering, and prefabrication. Their portfolio spans healthcare, education, mission-critical environments, high-rise commercial, and industrial facilities. Position Overview The Project Manager will lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role combines leadership, financial management, and technical coordination, working closely with internal engineering, fabrication teams, and field operations. Projects range from commercial buildings to large-scale manufacturing facilities, warehouses, cold storage, distribution centers, and hospitality developments—valued up to $10M+.
