Job description: Site Supervisor Hours of work: 9am -6pm Monday through

Friday Duties:

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction estimating, schematics, and blueprint reading Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
