We're partnering with a well-established and growing commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead diverse commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. If you're a proactive leader who thrives on delivering high-quality projects, managing strong client relationships, and collaborating with exceptional teams, we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Do As a Commercial Construction Project Manager , you will: Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants Facilitate project meetings and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation Proactively identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and scheduling issues Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams Commercial Construction Project Manager- What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through final closeout Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Why You'll Want to Join Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Stable and growing organization Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunity to lead impactful commercial construction projects with a respected contractor Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Interested?
