This role requires a proactive leader capable of coordinating multiple teams, managing project schedules, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining quality control. The successful candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices, technical expertise in blueprint reading and schematics for a restaurant, and proficiency with industry-standard construction management software. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site. Supervise construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Read and interpret contracts to clarify scope of work, change orders, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions. Lead project meetings to coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and update stakeholders on project status. Ensure proper contract administration and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Manage time effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager with a strong background in commercial restaurant construction projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization.
