• Central Indiana Cunningham Construction Group is a growing commercial construction company focused on delivering high-quality projects across ground-up, interior buildouts, PEMB, and cleanroom design-build work.

We are actively expanding into more complex, high-performance environments and are looking for a Superintendent who can lead from the front. This is not a support role. This is a field leadership position with full responsibility for running a jobsite. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day site operations on assigned projects Manage subcontractors, schedule, site logistics, and inspections Maintain and actively manage the project schedule (Microsoft Project) Enforce safety standards and lead daily huddles/toolbox talks Coordinate with the Project Manager to solve problems and keep the job moving Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Ensure quality, schedule, and accountability are upheld at all times What We're Looking For Ability to run a project without constant direction Strong subcontractor management and accountability skills Solid understanding of plans, specs, sequencing, and field coordination Proven ability to keep projects on schedule and solve problems in real time Experience with ground-up construction and interior buildouts

Experience:

6+ years as a Superintendent or 6+ years Trade background with leadership experience (foreman, lead, or similar) ready to step into a Superintendent role This Role Is Not a
