Prepare and process AIA progress billings (G702/G703 forms) Manage schedule of values and track project progress for accurate invoicing Work closely with project managers to gather billing details and approvals Submit owner billings and ensure compliance with contract requirements Track retainage, change orders, and lien waivers Reconcile billed amounts to the general ledger Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with accounts receivable Maintain organized project billing documentation Qualifications for the
