South Bend, IN - On-site role with opportunities to engage directly with project teams

Job Description Analyze contract documents, plans, and specifications to evaluate project work scopes Verify work quantities and assign appropriate resources and productivity rates Evaluate design options and recommend solutions to secure work Create and submit bid proposals; negotiate and secure contracts Schedule equipment, personnel, materials, and subcontractors in cooperation with Project Superintendents Monitor daily job costs and implement cost control plans Manage project finances, review and approve pay estimates, and authorize project transactions Ensure safety programs, company procedures, and quality standards are met Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 5+ years of relevant experience Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCSS HeavyBid Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why You Will Love Working Here Collaborative culture where your expertise directly impacts project success Opportunities to work on diverse projects including asphalt, concrete, and bridges Recognition for high performance and ownership mentality Supportive environment fostering growth and learning
