A well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Superintendent to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for someone who can oversee field operations and keep projects moving efficiently. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys being involved in the field and working closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical field operations on local commercial and industrial projects
• Manage Foremen, electricians, and field personnel
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, and other trades
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and project progress
• Troubleshoot field issues and help develop solutions
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience
• Previous Electrical Superintendent experience
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and codes
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
