Job Description

We're currently looking for a Construction Coordinator to support our Construction group's team members (field and office) with daily functional tasks, at our Sullivan, IN project location. This role will work closely with our Project Managers, HVAC Services People team, and our HQ construction team to assist in daily support requests from our construction team members. They will provide on-site administrative, logistical, visitor, onboarding, and team support for the Mission Critical project group. The role keeps the jobsite team organized and supported so field leaders and project leadership can stay focused on safety, production, quality, and schedule execution. Responsibilities Coordinate trailer set up and day to day office needs including supplies, furniture, printers, breakroom items, meeting rooms, signage, bulletin boards, service calls, and general organization. Facilitate IT needs for project staff and field leaders, including laptops, monitors, printers, phones, access requests, conference room technology and coordination with IT support resources. Coordinate site logistics for owner, GC, customer, corporate, and UH visitors. Support access, parking, badges, meeting space, refreshments, agendas, and professional visitor experience. Coordinate project lunches, customer/team meetings, recognition events, recruiting visits, training sessions, milestone events, and other site-based team support activities. Serve as the onboarding agent for new field leaders joining the Mission Critical group. Coordinate introductions, workspace, technology, badges, access, site rules, trailer layout, contacts, and project procedures. Maintain team rosters, contact lists, onboarding checklists, site support trackers, communication displays, conference room schedules, and other administrative tools requested by project leadership. Required skills and qualifications 1 to 3 or more years of experience in an administrative role supporting multiple teams or leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a high aptitude for learning new software and systems Flexible team player and comfortable with ambiguity willing to adapt to rapid changes and unafraid of challenges Demonstrates a high level of integrity Self-starter with ability to recognize opportunities and take action with limited direction or supervision
