【Summary】 The Assistant Area Supervisor supports the Area Supervisor and Area Manager in managing field construction activities for a large-scale production equipment installation project at a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising subcontractors and field personnel, coordinating site activities, monitoring safety, quality, schedule, and budget, and working closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. 【Working Hours / Working Style】 Full-time Site-based position at the project location Extended work hours, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on the project schedule and customer requirements. 【Working Location】 De Soto, Kansas 【Salary / Benefits】
Annual Salary:
$85K-$90K (DOE) Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) 401
K PTO Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
