Job Description

The Construction Coordinator provides critical support to the Construction Management team, helping keep projects organized, on track, and running efficiently. This role acts as a central coordination hub, managing multiple priorities, timelines, and project documentation across several construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Construction Managers with day-to-day project coordination Track, manage, and summarize project documentation, including: Daily reports Manhour/Daily/Payroll (MDP) reports Closeout documentation Shipping reports Upload and maintain MDP reports in internal systems Coordinate with equipment vendors for pricing and account setup Assist with project execution plans and administrative tasks as needed Track company equipment (radios, laptops, phones, vehicles, etc.) Maintain labor force and equipment rental databases Distribute daily action item reports for the department Track and record daily project hours Coordinate logistics for field personnel when needed
What We're Looking For:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Team-oriented with a proactive, responsive mindset Ability to think both tactically and strategically
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required (additional education a plus) 5+ years of construction or related industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday #indnitpr
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
