Residential Site Leader II Flinthills Services, Inc. | Butler County, KS Lead with Purpose. Make a Difference Every Day. Flinthills Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Residential Site Leader II to provide leadership and support within our Community Living Program. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful, independent lives while mentoring and supporting a team of Direct Support Professionals. As a Residential Site Leader II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care, maintaining compliance, supporting staff, and creating a safe, person-centered environment for the individuals we serve. What You'll Do Lead and support Direct Support Professionals within assigned residential homes. Provide direct support to individuals, including medication administration, personal care, transportation, meal planning, budgeting, and community involvement. Monitor medication administration records (MARs) and ensure compliance with medication procedures. Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback. Maintain accurate documentation in CareTracker and other electronic systems. Ensure homes meet health, safety, cleanliness, and licensing standards. Participate in Person-Centered Support Planning (PCSP) and collaborate with families, guardians, nursing staff, and case managers. Help coordinate community activities that align with each person's goals and interests. Participate in the agency's emergency on-call rotation. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. At least two years of experience working in developmental disabilities or a related human services field. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screen. Preferred Associate's degree or higher. Three to five years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
