If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment! Primary Responsibilities Monitor job file status, monitor job file audit status maintain job file WIPs, monitor and ensure client requirements are followed. Review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination, perform job file backup. Maintain internal communications, maintain external communications, prepare job file reports. Complete and review job file documentation for final upload, complete job file audit process, perform job close-out. Track and maintain subcontractor and purchase order documentation. Collaborate with project managers for project updates, progress and billing. Participate in the administrative on-call rotation. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma/GED is required. Minimum of two years of business experience. Minimum of one year of construction industry experience. Experience in job file processing and estimating. Exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency in using various digital tools and technologies to complete job tasks efficiently. Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. This position may require longer hours and potential for travel depending upon business needs.
