Project Superintendent

ACS Construction is urgently seeking a Project Superintendent. ACS is dedicated to providing its clients with the highest quality service no matter what the project size is. Responsibilities include:

Schedule and maintain work by coordinating with all necessary parties. Attend required meetings and consistently relay information to and from the General Contractor as needed. Lead and document company site safety meetings. Act as the Quality Control Inspector on behalf of ACS. Be prepared to both enforce and audit Safety and Quality Standards and Procedures. Responsible for coordinating deliveries and ensuring inventory levels are in line with project demands. Communicate and track cost related items with company management. Required to chronologically document work on a daily basis including progress, delays, deliveries, and all other requirements. Track manpower needs and communicates as needed with Sr. leadership and office personnel. Accurately estimate the time needed to complete project items. Ensure the morale of the crew is kept high so everyone is motivated to work. Employees will find the work fast paced, challenging, & unique, working on commercial construction projects.
