Responsibilities Perform diverse construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, roofing, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively to complete assigned duties. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Assist with construction estimating and project management tasks by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor needs. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and flooring while maintaining quality standards. Perform specialized work including concrete finishing, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, restoration work, and heavy equipment operation as required. Experience Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing or electrical work with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for various projects involving concrete forming, framing, drywall installation, or fabrication. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and inspection procedures. Familiarity with construction estimating software like Bluebeam is a plus. Knowledge of industry standards for restoration work, hardscape installation, glass installation, cabinet installation, and flooring is highly desirable. Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety guidelines.
