Opportunities may include, but are not limited to: Office & Management Roles Operations Management Project Management Construction Management Estimating Office Administration & Support Field Operations - Construction Division Project Superintendent Foreman Leadman Experienced Commercial Roofers Roofing Helpers Service Division Service Foreman Service Technicians Roof Inspectors Warehouse & Logistics Warehouse Support (material organization, staging, and delivery coordination) This is a general application only and is intended to support future hiring needs across the region. Work Location & Schedule Office-based and management roles are required to report daily to their assigned Boone Brothers Roofing office location , as applicable. Project Superintendents, field, service, and warehouse roles may be required to travel to existing or potential job sites throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas for project execution, site visits, inspections, or operational support as required. Field and service roles support active commercial roofing projects within the regional market. Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities vary based on role and experience) Support commercial roofing projects from planning through completion Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting (office and management roles) Provide on-site leadership and oversight for construction projects (Project Superintendent and field leadership roles) Perform on-site construction, service, inspection, or material handling duties Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies Support customer service, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities (service division) Organize, stage, and deliver materials to job sites (warehouse roles) Qualifications Experience in commercial roofing or construction-related roles preferred (role dependent) Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, construction sequencing, and jobsite operations (Project Superintendent roles) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to travel regionally within IA, NE, and KS as required Valid driver s license may be required for certain roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software (office roles, as applicable) Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on role and experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options (for eligible roles) 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution (for eligible roles) Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) (for eligible roles) Career development and advancement opportunities within Nations Roof Application Process Candidates interested in joining Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company , who do not see a current opening aligned with their experience are encouraged to submit a General Application.
