Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows. Monitor site conditions and resolve issues to minimize delays and disruptions. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and quality standards. Assist in managing materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and daily activities. Communicate project updates and potential challenges to stakeholders. Support the implementation of safety protocols and promote a safe working environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction processes and project management in the property industry. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a busy environment. Proficiency in maintaining detailed project documentation. What's on Offer Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year.
