Our mission is to Build Stronger Communities through a different approach to development; combining construction discipline, efficiency, thoughtful design, and neighborhood-scale development to create quality housing within the communities we serve. The Opportunity As our development pipeline continues to grow, we're looking for a Development & Construction Manager who can take ownership of projects, solve problems, and help drive the development and construction process from preconstruction through completion. You'll work directly alongside AM Titan's Founder & Principal and construction team across bidding, budgeting, permits, utilities, procurement, schedules, subcontractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, and active construction projects. We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be given every next step; someone who can understand the goal, figure out the process, drive it forward, and bring solutions and recommendations, not just questions. What You'll Do Manage development and construction activities from preconstruction through completion. Lead subcontractor and vendor bidding, scope review, bid leveling, and recommendations. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, utilities, municipalities, and project partners. Manage permitting, utilities, procurement, project schedules, and critical deadlines. Track project budgets, committed costs, invoices, contracts, and change orders. Work closely with our field construction team to proactively resolve project needs and roadblocks. Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings, and better project execution. Continuously improve the processes and systems AM Titan uses to deliver projects. Who We're Looking For We're less concerned with the exact title on your resume and more interested in finding someone who understands construction, takes ownership, thinks critically, and knows how to get things done. Ideally, you'll bring: 3+ years of relevant construction, development, project management, preconstruction, or engineering experience. Strong understanding of construction plans, scopes, bids, budgets, and schedules. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Relevant backgrounds may include Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Preconstruction Manager, or Development Project Manager. Why AM Titan This is an opportunity to apply your experience in a different development environment — with broader exposure, meaningful responsibility, direct access to decision-making, and the opportunity to grow as AM Titan continues to expand. If you're excited about taking ownership, solving problems, approaching development differently, and helping us Build Stronger Communities, we'd like to meet you.
