Commercial Construction Location:

Fort Mitchell, KY Paul Hemmer Company is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage multiple projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a self-motivated PM who can take ownership, work independently, and successfully manage a variety of commercial projects. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously Oversee projects generally ranging from $2M to $30M Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, documentation, and overall project performance Develop, maintain, and adjust construction schedules throughout the project Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout Monitor project costs, margins, schedule, quality, and overall financial performance Partner closely with the project superintendent to resolve field issues and keep work moving Visit active jobsites regularly and maintain strong communication with project teams Support preconstruction efforts as needed, including preliminary schedules, subcontractor input, and larger project pursuits Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience 2-3+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor preferred Ground-up commercial construction and site work experience Ability to independently manage multiple projects Strong scheduling, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience preferred Design-build experience is a plus Why Paul Hemmer Company? Pay:

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
