Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee Janitorial Services. This pivotal role involves managing daily site operations, supervising cleaning personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining a clean facility. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive Janitorial site experience, strong management capabilities, and proficiency with Janitorial management. Your leadership will ensure that cleaning projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Pay is a salaried position at $800.00 per week with benefits. Duties Oversee daily janitorial activities on-site while performing assigned cleaning duties also. Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment. Performing hiring duties along with associate discipline. Manage all supply ordering and budgetary restraints.
