Superintendent- Restaurant New Construction

Skillforce has teamed up with an industry leading general contractor to find a skilled Superintendent- Restaurant New Construction. This is for a 6 month project in Louisville, KY, starting ASAP. Up to $5k bonus upon project completion. This GC is also open to full time hire upon project completion if it is a good mutual fit.

Superintendent Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$38-$42/hr Bonus potential tied to project performance If traveling:

Per Diem:

$35 daily (with receipts) Company vehicle with fuel card for business travel Lodging arranged through internal booking Background check, drug screen, and MVR required Health, vision, dental PTO and 401k Superintendent Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews on commercial construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications. Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation. Provide leadership, direction, and support to field staff. Demonstrate flexibility to return home as project phases allow. Superintendent Qualifications 3+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations. Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver s license and clean MVR required.
