Construction Project Manager

• Proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years construction experience
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
• Ability to manage construction processes
• Ability to direct and manage others
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Strong knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations and building codes
• Strong knowledge of construction-related scheduling software
• Ability to control cost overruns and manage a budget
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities
• Manage the activities of construction crew/tradesmen in the completion of construction projects and ensure that construction schedules, safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process
• Ensure all projects are 100% complete before the established turnover date
• Work with team to share feedback and improve planning activities
• Assist in reviewing architectural designs and plans complying with building codes, safety codes, ADA and zoning regulations
• Manage customer relationships and address client concerns during the entire construction process
• Resolve issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects.
