Job Description
Job Overview LHDG is a locally owned and operated construction company that's been in business for over 30 years. We provide construction and remodeling services as well as design and installation for both commercial and residential projects. We offer great opportunities for growth and advancement. We're looking for skilled craftsmen with experience in construction project management to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, work well with others, and want steady work with a solid crew, we want to hear from you. Qualifications
- Proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years construction experience
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
- Ability to manage construction processes
- Ability to direct and manage others
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations and building codes
- Strong knowledge of construction-related scheduling software
- Ability to control cost overruns and manage a budget
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities
- Manage the activities of construction crew/tradesmen in the completion of construction projects and ensure that construction schedules, safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process
- Ensure all projects are 100% complete before the established turnover date
- Work with team to share feedback and improve planning activities
- Assist in reviewing architectural designs and plans complying with building codes, safety codes, ADA and zoning regulations
- Manage customer relationships and address client concerns during the entire construction process
- Resolve issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects.
Pay:
$25.00- $35.
