Electrical Project Manager - Industrial Construction

Highlighted Duties:

As the Electrical Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects—from estimating and budgeting through installation and closeout. Perform electrical take-offs using estimating software Develop competitive proposals and final bids for industrial and commercial projects Manage project budgets to ensure financial performance and profitability Create detailed project schedules (Microsoft Project or other specified programs) including 5-week look-ahead schedules Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with NEC codes and maintain rigorous safety standards Review submittals, maintain project logs, and manage deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and clients Lead meetings, facilitate conference calls, and provide weekly/monthly progress reports Review and manage contracts and subcontract agreements Monitor margins, bill rates, utilization, and overall project profitability You'll be both a strategic leader and a tactical executor—driving timelines, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Highlighted Requirements:
