Site Supervisor - Construction

Ashley Builders Group, a Greater Cincinnati leader in private and public construction, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day on‑site operations for residential and custom home projects Position Overview The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for the daily coordination and execution of all on‑site construction activities. This includes scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, jobsite cleanliness, and safety compliance throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

Organization & Project Management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of construction Well‑versed in construction plans, drawings, and specifications Proactive and predictive approach to problem‑solving in fast‑paced environments Field Operations & Coordination Vendor and trade coordination to maintain schedules and quality standards Management of customer selections and integration into construction schedules Punch list completion and closeout management Management and implementation of contract change orders Safety, Codes & Compliance Jobsite safety compliance and enforcement of safety standards Knowledge of applicable construction codes, regulations, and inspections Communication & Customer Relations Customer service-oriented with a focus on homeowner satisfaction Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Financial & Documentation Responsibilities Review and approval of subcontractor and supplier invoices prior to billing cutoff dates Responsibility for project documentation and recordkeeping related to contractual obligations

Education and Experience:

Post-Secondary Degree in a related subject area, Construction Management preferred Or a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction with 2+ years experience in the role of Foreman or Superintendent. Have a background in the general construction trades.

Pay:

$75,000.00
