Job Description
Job Overview Axial Energy Services is seeking a Site Manager to represent project owners during construction of utility-scale energy infrastructure. The Site Manager serves as the primary on-site representative for the owner, coordinating inspection teams, monitoring contractor progress, and ensuring construction aligns with engineering requirements. Responsibilities Serve as the owner's on-site representative Coordinate inspectors and field oversight personnel Monitor construction progress, schedule, and quality Facilitate communication between contractors, field staff, client, and other stakeholders Review field reports and documentation Support issue resolution and change management Participate in project meetings and reporting Qualifications 10+ years of construction management or inspection experience in energy infrastructure- solar and/or wind. Experience with utility or renewable energy projects Strong leadership and coordination skills Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications Unyielding dedication to safety
