Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards. Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them. Capable of inspecting completed work and providing constructive coaching when needed. Must be able to pass a drug test. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using basic technology such as smartphones, email, and text messaging for communication. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass all required background screenings and site-specific requirements. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs throughout the shift. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or additional hours as needed. Preferred Skills Experience managing janitorial supplies and inventory. Experience conducting quality inspections. Experience training new employees. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate with management. Primary Responsibilities Supervise and support the janitorial team. Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to company and customer expectations. Inspect work daily and correct deficiencies immediately. Train and coach employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked janitorial closets and Conex boxes. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs. Communicate with management regarding staffing, quality concerns, and customer requests. Assist with cleaning duties as needed. Promote a positive, professional work environment and lead by example.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
