Full-Time About the Role B&D Contracting is hiring a driven, high-energy Recruiter / Coordinator to help keep our shipyard and construction jobs fully staffed. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your ability to move quickly, stay organized, and keep jobs filled directly impacts your success — and your income. You won't be starting from scratch — we provide AI-screened candidates, and multiple sourcing channels — but it's up to you to work the pipeline, make the calls, and get people to work. If you're someone who likes staying busy, working the phones, and earning extra money based on performance, you'll do well here. What You'll Do Call, screen, and qualify candidates daily (Indeed, Facebook, referrals, walk-ins, and AI-generated leads) Fill open positions quickly for shipyard and construction jobs Get workers cleared, onboarded, and ready to hit job sites fast Coordinate workforce needs with the office and field teams Handle last-minute changes, call-offs, and staffing gaps Keep a strong pipeline of ready-to-work candidates at all times Track applicants and workforce activity in our ATS system Assist with onboarding, compliance, and documentation Occasionally visit the yard or job sites as needed What We're Looking For High energy and strong sense of urgency Comfortable being on the phone and communicating with candidates all day Organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces Reliable, accountable, and consistent Able to work in a fast-paced environment without needing constant direction Comfortable learning and using internal systems (ATS) This is not a slow-paced office job. If you're not someone who likes staying busy and taking initiative, this won't be a good fit.

Compensation & Incentives Base Salary:

$44,000•$50,000 (based on experience)

Weekly Performance Bonuses:

Thursday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Friday:
