Job Description
Traveling Electrical Superintendent - Data Center Construction | Nationwide Travel | $100K-$185K + Per Diem + Housing Join a growing national electrical contractor building some of the nation's largest mission-critical data center projects . We're seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects across the U.S. You'll oversee electrical crews, manage daily field operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with NEC requirements. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale data center construction projects Manage manpower, scheduling, productivity, materials, and daily field operations Oversee installation of medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV-35kV) and electrical infrastructure Ensure work meets NEC requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and schedules Promote jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility companies Track project progress, complete daily reports, and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Electrical Foreman Experience leading commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center electrical construction projects Proven experience managing electrical crews and subcontractors Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and field operations Experience with medium-voltage systems (5kV-35kV) preferred Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings Working knowledge of NEC and OSHA standards Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred Willingness to travel nationwide Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$185,000+ based on experience Performance bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Company-paid housing Daily per diem Company vehicle or travel allowance Long-term, year-round work on industry-leading data center projects Excellent career advancement opportunities
