About the Role As a Site Manager, you will serve as a central point of communication and coordination for Magnolia's campus and residential programs during your shift. You'll monitor facility activity, assist with staffing coverage, oversee safety and security procedures, and support staff and clients across multiple programs. This role is essential in ensuring daily operations run smoothly while upholding Magnolia's mission and person-centered values. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staffing coverage and assist with shift replacements as needed Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and client census information Monitor client outings and maintain awareness of client locations throughout the shift Assist staff with client behavior management and support needs Monitor campus and group home cameras to ensure client and staff safety Conduct routine facility and gate checks and manage building access Maintain and distribute facility and vehicle keys as needed Coordinate vehicle usage and regulate traffic flow on campus Welcome and monitor visitors, contractors, and family members entering the property Respond appropriately to emergencies, including contacting emergency services when needed Document incidents, activities, and shift updates in Site Manager Reports Answer phones and communicate important information to administration and program staff Support emergency preparedness efforts, including hurricane evacuations and disaster response Uphold Magnolia's mission, vision, and person-centered philosophy in all interactions Requirements High school diploma or GED required Minimum of two years of experience in management, staffing, customer service, or related field required Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or emergency situations Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Louisiana driver's license required Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Professional appearance and demeanor required Availability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed If you're a reliable and organized professional who enjoys supporting others and keeping operations running efficiently, apply today and become an important part of Magnolia's mission to serve adults with developmental disabilities in a safe and supportive community.
