This pivotal role combines strategic sales initiatives with hands-on operational management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and sales development, with a passion for driving growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Join us to lead innovative projects, foster client relationships, and streamline construction processes that set new industry standards. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing business within the construction sector. Oversee all aspects of project planning, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation using construction management software. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to project schedules through effective project management and coordination with field teams. Lead contract negotiations, review blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and safety standards. Supervise construction site activities to guarantee quality workmanship while maintaining safety protocols; conduct regular site inspections utilizing Civil 3D or similar civil engineering software. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Utilize construction estimating skills to accurately forecast costs and manage budgets throughout project lifecycles. Implement best practices in construction site management, including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and applying lessons learned to future projects. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving operational excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or operations leadership within the construction industry; prior site experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling (Primavera P6), blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with heavy civil or general construction projects; experience working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial developments is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders. Technical expertise in construction site safety standards and regulations; ability to oversee safety protocols on-site. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
