Full Job Description Overview:

Cloteaux Roofing & Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to serve as the central point of accountability for our roofing and construction projects — from the start of the job through final walk-through. You'll work closely with reps, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure every job is delivered on time and to our quality standards. Why Join our Team? Key Responsibilities:

Manage roofing and construction projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during jobs, addressing concerns promptly and proactively. Conduct thorough site inspections to assess job conditions and requirements (including getting on roofs). Coordinate with subcontractors and field crews to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. Manage change orders and maintain clear, ongoing communication with all stakeholders. Procure materials and ensure accurate, on-time delivery to job sites. Enforce OSHA safety protocols and Cloteaux quality standards on every job site. Monitor and adjust project schedules to address setbacks or delays. Maintain accurate, complete project documentation in JobNimbus. Lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement. Respond to storm-related project demands as needed — flexibility during peak season is essential.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing, construction, or project management. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols. Physically able to access and inspect roofs as needed. Ability to do hands on work and operate tools if needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and JobNimbus (or similar CRM). Strong problem-solving skills and sound time management. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Adaptable, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience managing storm restoration projects.
