The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate subcontractors and crews, maintain project schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce job site safety standards. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on construction knowledge to keep projects running efficiently and on budget. Candidates should have experience managing multiple trades, reading construction plans, and maintaining productive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Duties
  • Oversee daily job site operations and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate project schedules to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
  • Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Identify and resolve job site issues, delays, and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project.
  • Maintain accurate project records, daily reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure all work meets applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and completion of punch-list items. Requirements
