Description Duties:

Coordinate getting contractors work & daily permits, Knowing the location of the work activities and scopes of work, coordinating with other crafts to keep job interference to a minimum. Be present at and conduct when needed daily and Toolbox safety talks/meetings, Making sure the proper work order numbers are being charged to the work, working with client management to move Field change orders from estimates to approved work, responsible for the daily manpower count to match gate log, providing daily and shift end updates during the site turnaround update meetings at the end of each shift. Making sure the update from daily work is coordinated to the planning & scheduling group for shift updates. Communicating with the client's supervisor of coordinators with any field, material, or personnel issues. Making sure materials are expedited from material storage to job site. Act as liaison between turnaround management contractors in your area.
