The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 2+ years as assistant superintendent with GC Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders Proficiency in construction management software and tools Commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging up to $110,000+ full healthcare package 3 weeks PTO + sick days fast track to Superintendent Opportunity to work with a medium-sized organization with direct access to leadership
