Job Description
Lead project delivery and account oversight across construction and real estate projects. Develop capital plans, budgets, schedules, and cost analyses; manage consultants, contractors, and teams; oversee on-site performance; maintain client relationships; and support business development and talent management. Responsibilities Lead overall project management delivery and support capital plan development and program scoping. Develop project budgets, cost analyses, schedules, and cost-saving and value-engineering strategies. Track project data, metrics, analysis, and KPIs while providing technical project support. Select, assemble, and manage consultants, contractors, and vendors; assess performance and bids. Provide on-site supervision and ensure project performance criteria are met. Manage account teams and client relationships, support recruitment, and cultivate business growth.
