About Our Client This opportunity is with a well-established business services company specializing in the construction industry. As a medium-sized organization, they focus on delivering exceptional results through teamwork, innovation, and attention to detail. Their projects are known for their quality and adherence to industry standards. Job Description Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and budget. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure effective collaboration. Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or potential delays. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and schedules. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates. Resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines. The Successful Applicant A successful Residential Superintendent should have: Proven experience in residential construction project management. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
