The organization specializes in large-scale commercial construction projects including healthcare facilities, mission critical environments, district energy systems, central utility plants, life sciences facilities, advanced technology projects, academic campuses, and critical infrastructure improvements. Their portfolio includes projects ranging from $50M to over $500M in value, often involving occupied campuses, complex MEP systems, and highly technical construction requirements. Responsibilities Manage complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration efforts Coordinate daily project activities with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Manage project financial performance, cost control, forecasting, and reporting Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure successful execution Oversee buyout, procurement, change management, and risk mitigation processes Support project staffing, workforce planning, and team development initiatives Ensure project quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved Participate in client meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder coordination efforts Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while helping develop future project leaders Manage project closeout activities and successful turnover to ownership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager Experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, life sciences, mission critical, district energy, infrastructure, or higher education projects Demonstrated experience overseeing projects valued at $50M+ preferred Strong understanding of construction financials, contract administration, project controls, scheduling, and cost management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred
Pay:
