• owner representation What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing day-to-day construction oversight and quality control on behalf of the owner Coordinating schedules, timelines and sequencing across multiple trades and contractors Monitoring project budgets, change orders and cost control throughout construction Conducting site inspections and enforcing safety compliance and regulatory requirements Preparing progress reports, documentation and communications for owner stakeholders Managing relationships between the owner, architect, engineers, contractors and subcontractors Identifying risks and issues early and working collaboratively to resolve them Supporting punch-list activities and final handover procedures What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 10-15 years of hands-on construction management or owners engineering experience Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-trade construction projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety regulations and quality standards Experience with budget tracking, cost control and change management Proficiency with construction documentation, scheduling software and reporting tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse project teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP or similar project management certification, experience with preconstruction planning, familiarity with BIM workflows, or background in mechanical, electrical or structural disciplines.
