• will: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

Manage daily operations on-site, including scheduling, workforce coordination, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. Lead and mentor construction teams to promote productivity and high-quality workmanship. Must have proven experience within post-tension concrete construction (such as parking garages). Must have MA-CSL. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
