As a medium-sized company, they emphasize delivering high-quality projects and fostering growth opportunities for their team members. Job Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential construction projects. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and company policies. Mentor and support project teams to achieve operational excellence.
