Project Manager / Project Executive Position Overview Drizos Contracting is seeking a Traveling Site Supervisor to oversee commercial renovation and USPS projects throughout the Northeast. This position is responsible for daily jobsite coordination, subcontractor oversight, safety, scheduling, and communication with the project team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily construction activities on active jobsites Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules Lead daily and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings Enforce jobsite safety requirements Communicate with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs as needed Document field issues and coordinate with the project team Prepare and submit daily reports using Raken Maintain clean, secure, and safe work areas Coordinate punch list and closeout activities Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills Good communication, organization, and leadership skills Valid driver's license Willingness to travel for project assignments Preferred Experience Commercial renovation experience Occupied facility experience USPS, federal, or public-sector construction experience Familiarity with Raken, Procore, or similar construction software Physical & Work Requirements Full-time, on-site role in active construction environments Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate jobsites Ability to work in varying weather conditions Flexible schedule based on project needs and travel requirements Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan Travel-related expenses, lodging, and per diem provided where applicable Opportunities for growth and advancement
