Construction (Steel) Project Manager EDM Construction Inc - Danvers, MA Project Manager needed in the Danvers, MA We are in need of a highly motivated, energetic person to join our growing team. Applicant must be able to handle multiple projects, at any given time. This is a great opportunity to jump right in and show off your skills, with a back log, you will hit the ground running. We are a full service steel contractor, on both vertical and horizontal construction, providing both structural steel and misc metals.
Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager must be able to work independently, self-motivated, with good work ethics.
  • Project manager must focus coordination of resources and execution of the construction project plan ultimately the satisfactory of completion to the owner's representative.
  • Must be able to read plans and specifications to determine scope
  • Project Manager must have great communication skills both verbal, written and must have team building skills.
  • Project manager will be expected to run several project at a time, in various stages of construction.
  • Project Manager will be the companies on site representative between the company and the owner's representative and field forces.
  • Must be able to track the progress throughout the project and complete the project on time on budget to the satisfaction of the owners representative.
  • Must be a hands on Project Manager, you will be expected to travel to job sites. Project Manager Requirement
  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field and or equivalent prior work experience and training
  • 3 plus years experience
  • Must have good computer skill, Excel is critical, blue beam is a plus.
  • Must travel to jobsites
  • Must be detailed orientated with great follow-up skills.
