We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on heavy civil and utility construction projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and day-to-day project execution while ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, with experience in underground utilities, excavation, drainage, site work, and/or municipal infrastructure. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage field operations and crews.
