• Industrial Projects Based in Rochester, NY (Regional Travel) Full-Time | Direct Hire $100K
• $125K + Benefits We re partnering with a growing industrial services organization to hire a Construction Manager to lead complex facility construction and equipment installation projects. This role owns full project execution
• from estimating and planning through field execution and closeout
• across industries like manufacturing, energy, chemical, and pharma.

What you ll lead:

End-to-end execution of industrial construction and installation projects Scope, schedule, budget, and overall project performance Field teams, subcontractors, and fabrication coordination Mechanical and electrical installations (rigging, piping, system integration) Project planning, estimating, and resource management Client communication and cross-functional coordination Safety programs and OSHA compliance across all job sites

Qualifications:

5-10+ years in construction management or industrial project execution Strong background in mechanical and electrical installations Experience leading field teams and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, schematics, construction docs) Experience in industrial or regulated environments (manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharma) Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred:

OSHA 30 certification Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning projects, leading from the front, and delivering complex field work in demanding environments.
