Job Description
LR Construction, Inc. is a Framingham-based, family-run, Commercial General Contractor in operation for 30 years. We are seeking a full-charge construction project manager with a minimum of (10) years construction experience to oversee private commercial projects under $3M. MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License is preferred. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, continuing education credits, travel reimbursement, and vehicle allowance, etc. are available. Must pass background checks (CORI and drug test) as a condition of employment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing estimates and budgets, contract administration, coordination with subcontractors, and scheduling. Must be computer proficient in estimating and project management software. Job is office-based in Framingham, MA. Projects are within 70 miles of the office.
